Shipping policy
We provide professional global shipping services for all clothing orders. Before dispatch, every item will be fully inspected for flaws, stains and damage, neatly folded and packed with dust-proof and protective materials, to effectively avoid dust contamination, serious wrinkles, extrusion deformation and item damage during international transportation.
Shipping Fee & Delivery Time
- Orders under £50:Flat shipping fee of £9.50, estimated delivery within 2–17 working days
- Orders £50 and above:Complimentary free standard shipping, estimated delivery within 3–25 working days
All orders will be verified, packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after successful payment. Weekends, public holidays and official festivals are not included in order processing time. Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send the official tracking number to your email inbox, allowing you to check real-time logistics progress and delivery status at any time.
For all international orders, any local customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance handling fees are solely borne by the buyer. We will provide complete shipping documents to assist smooth customs clearance. The stated delivery time is only an estimated reference. Delays caused by customs inspection, logistics congestion, extreme weather, remote transit and other uncontrollable objective factors are beyond our scope of responsibility.
If you receive goods that are damaged, defective, wrong style, incorrect size or missing items, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receipt, providing your order number and clear photos of package and products. We will verify the case as soon as possible and provide proper after-sales solutions such as full refund or free replacement.
